Trying to be polite I would say this is not the most clean place I've been.

Good location.
Empty or nearly empty bottles of things in the cupboards and bathroom. Toilet paper was just tissues.
RamonesaPhilippinesUncomfortable. I moved out leaving one paid day unused.
It’s proximity to Ayala Center and the surrounding food shops.
The toilet was unclean. There was fecal matter sticking to the toilet bowl. The shower curtain was old and had use marks all over.
