La puerta del baño no se cierra con el cierre

Ropa de cama del sofá no estaba limpia, tenía manchas. Si esto no está cuidado impide q te encuentres cómodo y baja la calidad.

Al estar en la zona de vinos, el ruido es constante llenisimo de gente, los camiones de basura desde las 7 no paran, es lo que tiene, pero el piso esta muy bien insonorizado.
