Loud A/C, didn’t feel safe in motel style building.

Separate room in a motel style building- This should been clear at booking. Also, AC was extremely loud and kept us up half the night!

Great location within walking distance of all the fun in Rehoboth Beach
Great staff and particularly appreciated the adult only space in the morning since this is a very family-friendly place. The beach chairs and the shuttle to Dewey Beach is also a plus.
