Alles was aanwezig.
Het kraken van de trap, maar dat is inherent aan een prachtig oud pand.

Grote badkamer en ruime slaapkamers. Alle voorzieningen in het appartement aanwezig. De leefruimte is groot genoeg. Jammer dat er alleen dakramen zijn en er dus niet echt een uitzicht is.

Leuke rustige buurt.
De douche was heel moeilijk te regelen op de juiste stand en had een miezer straal. De airco werkte niet goed waardoor het veel te warm was zeker door dat het eigenlijk een zolder kamer was.
