Brak koszy na śmieci na posesji , uciążliwe przy pobycie z psami.

Lokalizacja nie najgorsza. Trzeba się troszku nadreptać do ważnych miejsc w mieście. Starsze osoby mogą mieć problem z powrotem do apartamentu pod górę zwłaszcza gdy jest ciepło latem.
