The location! Perfect for shopping, touring, dining, etc
A little noisy from the street crowds but that seemed to end by 10 or so. Some loud construction noises too but nothing the hotel could do about that noise.

Location
Small room, tiny bathroom, no elevator, had to catty luggage up narrow stairs, tv did not work very well. No maid service unless requested.
