My room was very clean and tidy.
I stayed two days. I drank my water which what was provided, but the water was not replaced. The cups for tea or coffee were paper cups.

Great and responsive staff. Large room. Excellent wi-fi. Good breakfast. Nice location (next to Mariott and Atyrau hotel). Excellent ratio value-to-money. Highly recommend. Will stay again.

This is an old property which has been refurbished some time ago. Some of the furniture was showing its age. The standard of housekeeping was not what I would have expected, having said that it was comfortable and clean.
