Location excellent. Basic facilities including kitchen were excellent
Unit was a little too dark
Main problem was the staircase up to the bedroom area. The stairs were dangerously slippery !

Overall a wonderful place to stay, great communication with the host.
Beautiful and unusual accommodation, lovely and cool inside (it was 30+ degrees when we were there). Excellent location for walking all around Arezzo and its attractions.
