Please be advised that is mandatory to present a photographic ID at the check in time and you may be requested to present same when returning to the hotel after 11pm. Please note that our hotel offers a facility to park bikes and bicycles only. Our guests can avail of parking in Q-PARK nearby at Carroll's Quay T23P2TX to park their cars, at a 24 HOUR discounted rate. Guests under 19 years of age cannot check-in unless the lead guest is aged 21 years or over. In case of arriving after 11pm, we kindly ask you to contact the hotel directly prior to the arrival (approximately 30 minutes) on the following contact number: (021)4501518. Please note all cards will be preauthorised to guarantee the reservation. If you decide to use a different card for payment on arrival, please be aware that it may take up to 3 weeks for the preauthorised amount to be released. This period varies between banks. Damage deposit - in case where the reservation payment is made by debit card then a security deposit of €200 may be required and will be returned on the inspection of the bedroom at check out time.
