Insgesamt für den Preis okay, bei Ausstattung und Sauberkeit besteht aber Verbesserungsbedarf.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt in Ordnung und angenehm groß. Die Lage ist eine gute Ausgangsbasis für verschiedene Wanderungen. Das Bad ist neu. Der Gemeinschaftsgarten ist ebenfalls schön.
