Der Empfang war während unseres kompletten Aufenthaltes nicht besetzt.
Wir mussten uns bei Partner-Hotels durchtelefonieren bis wir nach 2 Stunden endlich unsere Zimmerschlüssel bekommen haben.

Einfach, ruhig und gute Anbindung mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vor Ort
Lage war top. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber und dazu noch eine Strassenbahnhaltestelle. Und trotz allem liegt das Hotel in zweiter Reihe und man hat seine Ruhe.

The location is stellar and so is the free coffee and water. The only employee there tried his best and was very friendly, so was the cleaning lady, even though she did not speak any German or English, communication…
