Obiekt ma dobą lokalizację i znajduje się 10-15 minut od dworca głównego, plaży i starówki. Zdecydowanym plusem był kontakt w właścicielem, który bez problemu wyraził zgodę na wcześniejsze zameldowaniem w obiekcie.
