部屋も清潔でキレイなホテルでした。
コスパ良すぎて最高！！
朝食レストランのバイキングにオープン前並んでいたら、レストラン内から大声で叱責する声が聞こえました。結構長い叱責だったな…。
外に居るお客さんに聞こえるとかは思わないのかと思いました。ちょっと朝から気分悪くなりました…。
あと、朝食バイキング内容は概ね美味しくて良かったんですけど、クロワッサンが生焼けで芯がありました。

空調が客室でコントロール出来ず、寒すぎることを伝えたが、毛布をお待ちいただくも寒く、冷えすぎて体調を崩した。

谷口Japanバスタブの排水が詰まっていました。 気分は良くないですね。
SUZUKIJapan桜島のビューがきれいで、鹿児島の人はこの綺麗な景色が毎日見る事ができうらやましく思いました。
ナイトプールを利用しました。子供たちはとても喜んで楽しんでいました。一緒に大人もプールに入りましたが、ジャグジーがあって体を温める事が出来て良かったです。
