There are no lifts but the staff would help you with the luggage. If you can’t climb stairs, staying here might be a challenge if you are given the upper floors.

Very spacious apartment. The shower was powerful and we were offered the choice of 2 apartments on arrival. Staff were friendly. Wifi was great. I would stay here again.

When we checked in, we were asked to pay in cash due to pos machine not working. room was on 5th floor and there was no elevator. For two days towels were never changed. Wont stay here again.
