Το σπιτι μια χαρα. Μια ανακαίνιση θα ηταν πολυ καλη ιδέα. Πολυ ευγενική ιδιοκτήτρια. Καλοί άνθρωποι. Το μέρος ιδανικό κ τα πάντα πολυ ομορφα.
Η πολυκατοικία εχει πολλες κατσαρίδες κ θελει απολύμανση.
