При заселении вместо цены Hotels.com 1080 руб взяли 1200 руб (имеется чек). Заселился, пошёл гулять. Пришёл ночью, дверь закрыта. Звонил админу стучал в дверь. Прошло 30 мин, на улице - 10...молодцы что сказать..
