Young중복결제를 해놓고선 다시 확인해달라고 하니 러시아말만 하면서 면전앞에서 짜증냄, 신청했음에도 조식준비안해줌, 클리닝서비스 오전에안해주고 늦은오후 쉬는데 그냥 문따고 들어옴, 3층이상 와이파이 안터짐
