La ubicación es central a supermercados, centro comercial, estación de bus, iglesia, panaderia. El sector donde se encuentra el apto es tranquilo y seguro. El apto es amplio, comodo, limpio.

Lo único el tema del parqueadero, que se pagó adicional la noche a 15 mil pesos, y el colchón del 1er cuarto un poco incomodo es lo único
