Balcony is big advantage,
Stains on a walls, and sealings. Water leaking from ac. Construction site in front.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a great location and convenient amenities.
Great location, very close to Ayala Mall, and having a 7-Eleven in the building was very convenient. The security before accessing the residential floors also made us feel safe during our stay.
