A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that 30% of the reservation will be requested as damage deposit upon arrival. This may be used to charge for any damages incurred to the accommodation during your stay. Please note that property has no reception. The office is open from 11:30 to 12:30 and from 14:30 to 18:30 daily.
