Sylvia is a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with and very clear instructions provided.
The property is a 20/25 minute walk from Parma station, it’s in a great location for local amenities and the property inside is beautiful kept and very welcoming.
It’s very close to a church so you hear the bells ringing…

Great location but the appartment not so much.

Tiny tiny shower, you have to be extremely slim to get in.

Great central location but still quiet. Only one flight of easy stairs. Well equipped kitchen.
The apartment is quite dark, but open up the shutters and windows to let the light in. The shower is really small.

Quiet neighborhood - nearby restored first historic Barilla shop. Charming, small, very comfortable fully equipped flat. In addition, a well-equipped tourist library. Very clean. Comfortable beds.
