You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 50 mid-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are included. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen is changed once a week free of charge.
