Key Collection options: - collection at the agency from 14:00 to 18:30 free of charge, at 19 rue Desaix 69003 LYON. - collection from a safety deposit box in the centre of Lyon for EUR 20 regardless of arrival time. - meet a member of staff directly at the property for an additional fee of EUR 30 from 14:00 to 18:00, EUR 50 from 18:00 to 00:00. Please note that that assistance is available 7 days a week from 9:00 to 20:30.
