Το ότι ήταν νεοκλασικό, η τοποθεσία κοντά στο ενετικό λιμάνι με τα πόδια, η καθημερινή καθαριότητα και η αλλαγή σε κλινοσκεπάσματα ανά 2 ημέρες.
