ベッドが安っぽいこと。寝具は良いです。

寝室のベットスタンドにカビがはえていた(3室全部)
シーツにもシミがあったので、ちゃんと洗っているのか不安になりました。
清掃について、連絡させてもらいましたが、
謝る言葉だけで私の納得のいく対応はしてもらえなかった。

ダイニングテーブルの椅子の座面が板なので硬く、座り心地がよくなかった

タオルにタバコの匂いがあったこと。食器がプラスチック製であったこと。
西村Japanまた泊まりたい
綺麗なのと広くて、設備が整っている。各部屋にエアコンあり。洗濯機乾燥機あるのは助かりました。タオル、歯ブラシもありました。 宿泊するのに困ることはなにもなかったです。駐車場も目の前で、近くには湯の川温泉もありますし、なによりお手頃価格で、とてもよかった。喫煙スペースが外にあるのも良かった。
