We booked for a night. We were in a group. The gentleman who answered the phone told us to wait a bit. Later he turned off the phone and didn't answer anymore.
It's not normal to leave a customer out.

Neither the apartment nor Ulcinj met our expectations.
The hosts were very nice and accomodating, letting us check in early and there is a nice view on the patio at night.
The outside kitchen is rundown and is not the same as the photo on Bookings. The bathroom is detached…
