我们在booking上订了17-19号2晚的房间，已经用信用卡支付了房费，但是在17号发行了意外，租的车坏了，导致17号晚无法入住酒店，我们写了一封信给酒店，要求改期到18-20号，结果没有回复。
18号我们到了办理入住，酒店老板的爸爸答应可以改期到18-20号，我们非常感激。
结果19号中午我们外出回来酒店老板通知我们立刻搬离…
