Rami, atokesnė nuo miesto centro vieta (su dviračiu 15 min.). Saugu. Švaru. Vieta dviračiams laikyti. Būstas pritaikytas patogiam poilsiui. Yra viskas, kas reikalinga. Butas įrengtas šiuolaikiškai.

Откидной столик расположен высоко. Нужно прикрепить пониже или повыше стулья.
