Mit ein paar Verbesserungen ein angenehmes Urlaubsquartier, als „Monteurs-Wohnquartier" ausreichend.
Große, helle Räume in einem Altbau. Halboffener Wohn- /Schlafbereich.
Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an der B8, aber bei geschlossenem Fenster ist der Straßenlärm kaum zu hören.
Die direkte Straßenlage macht es etwas schwer…
