1st on arrival no signboard of santai Marina checkin counter. I was given unit blk B. 3.3., horrible furniture of more than 20years I think... Left outside nobody will pickup... The go without normal bedsheets…

Poor management and an extremely frustrating experience.
Only the location.
Literally everything was disappointing. I’ve stayed at Marina many times before, but this was by far the worst management I’ve ever experienced.
I had to move and check into three different homestays…
