The lady owning the apartment met us and gave us the keys of the apartment, and a basket full of fruits was in the kitchen as a nice ab warm welcome.

The location is perfect, the views are perfect. The rooms are large and has everything you need for a long stay for a family of 4-6.
The appartment is on 3rd floor. For us it wasn't such a big issue.
