Zentrale Lage und dennoch sehr ruhig. Viele Unternehmungen möglich, zu Fuß, mit dem Rad, dem Bus und natürlich auch mit dem Auto.

Störend war der Zigarettengestank von den Balkonen, weil dort das Rauchen gestattet war.
