In 1 room there was a sound coming from outside because there was ac unit from some other business but its fine

Simple, clean, modern. Easy and quick keyless entry. The tall ceilings certainly added to the experience.
Parking situation is a little tough - only 3 spots that aren't reserved or limited to other nearby properties.
