Sehr zentral gelegen, mitten im Zentrum, nahe am Wasser, Essen- und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Überdachter Raucherplatz. Vermieter war bei Problemen immer erreichbar und absolut nett.
