・便所と浴室は共同だが、概ね３部屋に１か所ある為、他の宿泊客と利用が被ることはほぼない。
・冷房が無い。夏季でも夜は比較的涼しい為大して問題にはならないが、扇風機は欲しい所。
・良くないという程ではないが、客室内にテレビがない。
