Asukoht suurepärane ja vaikne, ruumi oli palju ja võõrustaja abivalmis.
Nõudepesu masin ei töötanud, terassimööbel oli amortiseerunud ja rõdu grilli ei saanudki kasutada, kuna polnud valmis.
