انصح بالسكن فيها منطقة هادئة وفي نفس الوقت قريبة من منطقة اليجا ومن مطاعم تطل على النهر
الموقع قريب الى حد ما. بمنطقة اليجا. والمطاعم والتسوق ومحطة الترامب والشقة واسعة ونظيفة . غرفة نوم منفصلة وكل شيء متوفر في المطبخ ومن كل الجهات تطل على حديقة. وشرحة يدخلها الضوء من كل الاتجاهات والسيدة ساديا لطيفة…

شقة ممتازة وتصلح للعوائل الخليجية لخصوصيتها المطلقة . سوف أكرر الاقامة فيها .
الهدوء وقربه من السنتر تقريبا 450 متر حديقة خلفية وحديقة أمامية ، شقة أرضية مع جلسة أمام الحديقة همة وتعاون صاحبة الشقة والشكر خاص للجار نجاد ، مدخل خاص للسيارة .
عدم شطاف للمرحاض .
مدخل الفريج ضيق يستوعب سيارة واحد ولكن…
