Lokacija blizu dva jedina marketa, prijatan vazduh, pogled sa terasa na borove. Bilo je dovoljno mesta za parking ispred zgrade. Komunikacija sa vlasnicom sjajna, lak ulaz u apartman i korisni saveti.
