Výhled z balkonu osázeného květinami.
Upřednostňovali bychom větší soukromí z bočních stran balkonu od vedlejších apartmánů. (rozpadající se zábradlí). Nutno zrekonstruovat_doladit. Málo ks kuchyns.nádobí.(lžičky atd..)
