Es ist ein modern ausgestatteter kleiner Bungalow, in ruhiger und netter Wohngegend. Ein sehr netter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber.
Eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer wäre im Hochsommer ganz gut. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es AC.
