Mirno naselje, a blizu centra grada (tramvajem za 15 minuta). Stan predivan!
Lokacija izvrsna, u naselju sa malim obiteljskim kućama. Ulica tiha, bez mnogo prometa. Apartman posve renoviran, udoban i čist, sa svim poptrebnim sadržajima.
