Parties, excessive noise, and any behavior that may disturb other guests or neighbors are strictly prohibited. Age Requirement Guests staying without a parent or legal guardian must be at least 18 years old. Smoking Policy All apartments and common areas are 100% non-smoking. Smoking is not permitted inside apartments, building entrances, or any shared areas. Cleaning Final cleaning after check-out is included in your stay. For reservations longer than 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included. Pets Pets are not permitted in the apartments. Identification Checks For security reasons, we reserve the right to conduct ID checks during your stay. Visitors For the safety and security of all guests, visitors are not permitted in apartments unless prior approval has been granted by ApartDirect. Fire Alarm Policy For everyone's safety, guests are expected to act responsibly and avoid activities that may trigger the fire alarm unnecessarily. If a false fire alarm is caused by negligent or irresponsible behavior and results in a fire department callout, the guest who made the booking will be responsible
