ApartDirect has no reception. All apartments use code locks. For security, you must complete identity verification via a link sent to your Booking.com chat and phone. After verification, your key codes will be sent 2 days before arrival. The Old Town is a vibrant and lively area, rich in history and charm. Given the age of the buildings, some noise is to be expected, including occasional sounds from the bar downstairs. The amount of hot water is limited as the apartments are equipped with a water heater. It takes several hours to heat the water after you have emptied the water tank. Please note that the property does not accept cash payments. After booking, the property may request a photocopy of the guest’s passport prior to check-in to secure the reservation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in if traveling as part of a family. Please note that visitors are not allowed in the complex unless it is agreed with the property in advance. Only the guests themselves can use the facilities. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
