Location of the apt is excellent... Close enough to the strip but far enough for relaxation
Nothing to be honest. Maybe air con, but it was exceptionally warm on our stay, so that's not the owners fault.

No air conditioning. It was very hot. Ceiling fans or decent free standing fans would have helped.
