La cercanía a la universidad.
El entorno y la sensación de inseguridad. Es recomendable no salir del alojamiento una vez se esconda el sol.
El precio es muy elevado para lo que es y para el barrio donde está.

El barrio es terrible, el último día había 4 personas drogadas en la puerta. La puerta de la entrada es de cristal, y entran todos los ruidos de la gente y coches que pasan…

El barrio, de noche da bastante miedo llegar… andando es inviable porque hay gente de todo tipo y ninguna da buena espina… pedíamos a los taxis que esperasen a que entrásemos en la casa…
