El olor que hacía en el baño de la habitación de matrimonio que si no la cerraba olía todo el apartamento.
El sofa, estaba sucio y le faltaba una buena limpieza de tapicería y una buena aspirada.

Creo que el apartamento necesita que se renueven algunas cosas, como ropa de cama, toallas, los baños..
