Location!!!
Right at the beach, in an unpretentious building. Free parking around lots, beautiful full featured apartment. Highly recommend.

Good location, no heating, poor communication.
Very good location.
It was end of February, 7 degrees at night, and they did not have a proper heating. The owner does not communicate in English. I have to put everything into translator.
