Sijainti oli hyvä lähellä kauppoja ja rantaa. Hyvä, kun asunnnossa oli kaksi erillistä makuuhuonetta. Tilat olivat todella kompaktit eli ylimääräisiä neliöitä ei ollut.
Ilmalämpöpumput kolmessa huoneessa olivat hyviä…
