This accommodations is heated by accumulator radiators enabled from November to April, which emit heat in a constant and balanced way throughout the day. Appealing to a responsible use as part of a climatic and social emergency situation, we want to be part of the solution and not the problem. Therefore, and given the oceanic climate of our city, where temperatures in the coldest months of winter range between 6º and 15º C, we will have the heating available, always maintaining a comfortable temperature between 18º and 20º C.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
