一樓公共區域可自行使用，不用一直窩在房間裏。浴室水量很強，洗得很舒服。旁邊就有專屬停車位，停車方便。
房間老舊，有濃重潮濕霉味。房間唯一的窗戶就是浴室窗，窗戶小，通風不好。
